ASICS Gel-Nimbus 10.1 White Pure Silver revives a 2008 shoe that many didn't know they were waiting for. The Gel-Nimbus 10.1 retains the asymmetric design of the original Nimbus 10, its highly breathable mesh, and synthetic leather overlays, featuring a dual-density EVA midsole and visible GEL inserts in the heel. ASICS presents the model as a reissue "inspired by the original, reworked for everyday comfort."
The White Pure Silver colorway is the most understated version in the range: white on the mesh, silver on the overlays, with touches of grey on the sole. Sneaker press has highlighted the slightly aged finish of the sole, which gives it the look of an archival pair pulled straight from the box.
