ASICS Gel-Sekiran Green Gecko is a blend of several ASICS running shoes from the 2000s and 2010s. The Gel-Sekiran borrows from the Gel-Nimbus 13, the Gel-Cumulus 12, and the Gel-Cumulus 17, from which it also adopts the sole unit. The model arrived in early 2025, and this colorway followed in the summer.
Neon gecko green covers the mesh upper. A darker pine green provides balance, the structured overlays are in Pure Silver, and a few touches of white lighten the overall look. Released at the same time as the Bright Rose version, featuring the same silver overlays. Underfoot, you'll find lightweight foam and GEL inserts, just like the models it descends from.
Following the Gel-Kayano 14 and Gel-NYC, the Gel-Sekiran is the logical successor. Same DNA, a rarer silhouette, and the same GEL comfort underfoot. And the neon green on silver is a bold choice that works well with black shorts or pants. The model arrived in the United States via ASICS and JD Sports, which really put this silhouette in the spotlight.
