Converse Chuck 70 Low Fire Black Blue literally sets the world’s most famous canvas sneaker on fire. Cobalt blue flames lick the black canvas from the sole on both sides, just like on a hot rod body. Converse officially describes this edition as "a little heat on an icon," and that is exactly the effect it creates.
The base is a Chuck 70, the premium version of the Chuck Taylor: thicker canvas, glossy rubber sole, wider canvas patches, OrthoLite insole, and cotton laces. Compared to a classic Chuck Taylor All Star, it is denser, more comfortable, and breaks in very well. The Fire pattern is also available in a high-top version, but the low-top leaves more room for the design.
For whom? For those who love references to custom culture, skating, and rock culture, and who want a sneaker with a real pattern, straight from the permanent range.
