The Nike Air Max 1 Master Magma Orange revives an idea that Nike launched in 2017 for the 30th anniversary of its flagship silhouette: the Master, a pair that combined the codes of the most sought-after colorways in the model's history on a single shoe. Five years later, the concept returns in a version designed for women, more subtle, but with the same nod to history.
On a Light Bone, almost cream base, the Air Max 1 multiplies textures and mismatched patterns between the mudguard and the Swoosh, as many references to the editions that made its legend. The touches of Magma Orange warm up the whole, while the intentionally yellowed sole gives that archived pair effect from a 90s stock. A detail that divides, but immediately speaks to connoisseurs.
Released on December 27, 2022, exclusively in women's sizes, this version celebrates the 35th anniversary of a sneaker that brought the visible air bubble into popular culture. Thank you, Tinker Hatfield. A pair for the initiated, which stands out without ever forcing it.
