Nike Air Max Plus Cactus Flower (W). A pink gradient shifting into fuchsia, set against chocolate brown. Nike reserved this colorway for women's sizes and released it on October 20, 2025, just as the Air Max Plus made its way back out of the closet.
The upper maintains the model's original design: fine mesh crossed by TPU waves. Here, these waves are brown, just like the lining and the sole. Between them, the mesh transitions from powder pink to fuchsia, a gradient in the spirit of the first 1998 colorways (Hyper Blue and Tiger, for those in the know). The Swoosh is also brown, discreet on the side. Below, the Tuned Air unit remains visible from heel to forefoot.
This is a pair meant to be seen. A pair of baggy jeans, sweatpants, or shorts, and the gradient does the rest. The brown grounds the whole look, making the pair easy to incorporate into an everyday outfit while keeping that bold aesthetic typical of the TN. Regarding sizing, the Air Max Plus has a snug fit at the forefoot: those with wide feet may want to go up a half size.
Nike has not communicated any specific inspiration behind this colorway. Cactus Flower is simply one of the three shades in the official color code, Burgundy Crush / Cactus Flower / Pink Spell.
