The YZY YS-01 Vanilla extends the lineup's neutral palette with a softer, warmer shade than Cream. A buttery, slightly creamy vanilla, leaning towards light sand without ever turning yellow.
The YS-01 model is part of the new solo Yeezy era, launched by Ye without Adidas and distributed directly on yeezy.com. It features a one-piece molded EVA foam construction, low profile, wide strap, and no visible branding. The Vanilla colorway brings a subtle warmth that pure white never achieves. On the foot, the shade is close to fresh butter, with a slight ivory reflection depending on the light. It's one of the hardest tones to wear poorly, because it naturally pairs with off-white, raw linen, faded denim, or even soft grey shades.
This version joined the second YS-01 wave at the end of October 2025, alongside Chocolate. Sold for 20 dollars at launch (then 40 dollars since February 2026), it has established itself as one of the most versatile alternatives to Cream and White, with a more enveloping feel.
