Are the products sold at The Last Step authentic?

All products offered by The Last Step are 100% authentic.
They come directly from our network of partner resellers, both individuals and professionals.

Upon arrival, each item is carefully checked and authenticated by our team of experts, guaranteed to be free of defects, and delivered in its original box with all accessories.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping times for a product?

Products marked " Express Delivery in 24/48h " (solid black dot in the size chart) are in stock in our warehouses or stores. This means they have already been checked and authenticated by our experts and are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.


Products marked " Delivery within 5 to 12 business days " (black 'empty' circle in the size chart) are items available only on order due to high demand. They are supplied on demand through our network of partner retailers.

Once located, the product is transported to our facilities, where it is received, authenticated, and thoroughly inspected by our team. After validation, it is placed back in its original packaging and then shipped.

This rigorous process allows us to offer a wide selection of rare models, while guaranteeing 100% authentic and carefully inspected products.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout metropolitan France, in the French overseas departments and territories, in all European countries, as well as in more than 150 destinations outside the European Union (full list available at the delivery stage).

What delivery methods do you offer?

Several delivery methods are available:

In-store pickup in 2 hours
When the product is available in store, the order can be placed online, with possible collection in store after a preparation time of 2 hours (during opening hours).

Express delivery within 24 to 48 business hours
For products in stock, preparation and shipping take place within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery then takes approximately 24 to 48 hours in Europe, and up to 72 hours internationally (business days only).


Delivery within 5 to 12 business days

Some items are sourced on demand through a network of partners. Once received, they undergo quality and authenticity checks and are then shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 5 to 12 business days for processing, followed by 24 to 48 hours for delivery within Europe, or up to 72 hours internationally.

We provide national delivery with Chronopost and international delivery via La Poste and UPS.

What are the delivery times?

For mainland France, delivery is guaranteed within 24 to 48 working hours via Chronopost, a fast and secure service.

Internationally, orders are delivered within 72 hours with UPS or La Poste, depending on the destination country.

We make every effort to ensure that all orders arrive quickly and in the best possible condition.

When will I receive my order?

For products in stock (marked "Express Delivery 24h/48h" ):
Orders for in-stock products are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery then takes approximately 24 to 48 hours in Europe and up to 72 hours internationally (business days only).


For products made to order
(marked "Delivery within 5 to 12 business days" ):
These items are supplied on demand through our network of partners.
Once received, they undergo rigorous authenticity checks and are then shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 5 to 12 business days for shipping, followed by 24 to 48 hours for delivery within Europe, or 72 hours internationally.

What are the delivery prices?

Home delivery fee for mainland France: €10, free for orders over €250.

Delivery charges to a relay point for mainland France: €5, free for orders over €200.

International home delivery fees start from €13 and vary depending on the destination.

You can check the delivery price by simulating an order with your delivery information.

Order

How can I track my order?

For products in stock (marked "Express Delivery 24h/48h" ):
As soon as your order is shipped (within 24 to 48 business hours), you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. This link allows you to track your package in real time until delivery.


For made-to-order products
(marked "Delivery within 5 to 12 business days" ): The tracking number will be sent after the product is received, authenticated, and shipped, which can take between 5 and 12 business days. If you do not receive the tracking number after this time, please contact us by email or through our social media channels.

How do I modify my order?

It is possible to modify or cancel an order as long as it is not yet being processed. To do so, please contact our team as soon as possible at the following address: contact@thelaststep.fr

We make every effort to respond to each request in the best possible way.

Returns and refunds

What is the return policy?

A period of 14 days after receipt of the order is allowed to make a return.

Returns from mainland France are free.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by all its accessories and intact packaging (box, label, blister pack, etc.).

The item must be carefully returned in its original packaging, placed in the original shipping carton or in an equivalent neutral carton, to ensure proper protection during transport.

If these conditions are not met (product used, incomplete, damaged, packaging missing or return after the deadline), the return unfortunately cannot be validated.

What is the refund procedure?

If the conditions are met, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and verification of the return.

Returns are free within mainland France. For orders outside France, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.

Customer responsibility

To ensure optimal processing of the return, it is important to remember that the responsibility for the package lies with the sender until it is received at our premises.

To ensure the shipment is secure and avoid any misunderstandings, it is strongly recommended to photograph or film the contents of the package as well as its delivery to the carrier. This evidence can be used in the event of a claim.

In the absence of proof, and if the package is indicated as delivered but received empty or incomplete, the processing of the request unfortunately cannot be continued.

My shoe size is no longer available, what should I do?

Occasionally, certain sizes or models may be temporarily out of stock.
As restocking occurs regularly, it is recommended to check the website regularly to verify availability.

It is also possible to visit the store to obtain information or place an order.

How are the prices set?

The price of a product depends on several factors: the model, the size, and its current market value.
This value is itself influenced by production volume and demand. For each model and size, we receive offers from our network of retailers, allowing us to determine a competitive price by comparing these offers. As our partners' prices can fluctuate with the market, our own prices may also increase or decrease.
