Return Policy
Toute demande de retour doit être signalée par email à notre service client à l'adresse suivante contact@thelaststep.fr dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de votre commande.
The returned products must be completely new, i. e. not worn and in their original packaging, in the exact same condition it was sent to you. They must not show any signs of wear or use. No return will be accepted if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged and/or if the product is made unfit for sale, as well as if the returned product does not correspond to the one initially ordered.
Make sure to fill out the return form you will receive by email and put it into the return package before sending it out to us.
All the returns from Metropolitan France are free of charge and for international returns the shipping bill is in the customer's charge.
If your return is accepted the refund will be made automatically via the payment method used when you placed your order within a maximum of 7 open days.
